At Barefoot, we want you to feel connected to every step you take; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our streamlined process ensures your journey toward the perfect pair is as effortless as walking on sand.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a free home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
